Find Us Faithful

I could never understand then why the Lord took me out from a flourishing ministry of teaching salvation seminar, part of our Divided Bible Seminars, at a local church of the biggest Christian church in our country. I also handled Bible Studies at the houses of cell groups. But the Lord took me out from all these and placed me in a ministry involving the internet. I started then groping for light in the darkness of the cyber world. I felt then that the entire system was evil, full of sin and self exaltation, ranging from outright pornography to vain people whose only concern were to strut their own greatness in the internet. I turned to counseling to the sector which I felt needed them most- the sicked people of the cyber world. And I got nothing but tongue lashing and ridicule from most of them. I continued to persevere even when it seemed that my whole efforts were going down the drain. It was really a thankless job. And slowly but surely, I found a niche in the blog world.

We are called by the Lord to be faithful up to the end, doing His will and purpose in our lives. The process may be painful and burdensome most of the time, but the reward comes when we realize that we share in the ministry of those who point the way to the kingdom of God through His Gospel of salvation and hope. And even when the enemy brings down upon us the full fury of his hatred and might and our physical bodies become drained almost to death, we are strengthened by the Lord with His promise that, "when we are weak, then we are strong." I marveled at the resilience and strength of Shiela of Bluebirdy- Life- 4 Hours At A Time and Amrita of Yesu Garden who, although besieged with terrible physical pains and burdensome trials, stood tallest and brightest in the firmament of the blogging world to share the message of the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord to the very end. May the glorious blessings and grace of the Lord be showered upon them to the very end. As the foreword on my blog says, "it is better to light a single candle than to curse the whole darkness." TO GOD BE THE GLORY.

Thank you so much Mel for the link to my blog and for your very uplifting and encouraging words. I am grieving all the hopes and plans and dreams I had for the future, and it is made much worse because I am reliving all the grief from when my first husband deserted me and I lost everything, including children. I am comforted in knowing that this is God's way of protecting my life, this is His will, He loves me...but still it is a terrible loss. I am making plans to rebuild my life and try to make it better than ever...I just have to "lay me down and bleed awhile, then I'll rise and fight again." (Take some time to heal and collect my thoughts and my heart.) Thanks for your kind support. Bless you. I hope you have a joyful Christmas! You are in my prayers and thoughts!!

Hi Shiela,
We are in the same boat only on a different degree if it's any consolation to you. That is why I quoted Proverbs 3:5-6 to you since we can no longer rely on our own understanding but trust only in the infinite mercy and grace of the Lord. I am in constant pain too, all over my body and I am in constant danger of repeating what happened before when I can no longer walk because of the extreme pain of scoliosis. I am feeling the numbness in my entire body and I could barely sleep at night because of numbing pain. Yesterday I fell on the sidewalk when I collected the remittance sent by my wife. Praise the Lord that nothing serious happened to me. I am praying for you, for Amrita for Pia, Shy, Kathy and my other friends that the Lord will have mercy on us all. Whatever fate may be in store for us, let me greet you a Blessed Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year. I know things will turn around for the better for us all. Thanks for your visit and comments my sister in suffering for Christ. God bless you always.

Hi Kathy,
You brought tears to my eyes by your comments. Truly I am very grateful for your prayers and I know that it will help me a lot. I pray for people who need prayers and I never solicit prayers for myself trusting in the infinite mercy of the Lord to take care of all my needs. I have to be strong and appear strong in my post to encourage and inspire others. I even keep my conditions from my children here to spare them unnecessary worries. More so with my wife who is working so hard there in the States to support our family's needs. But only God knows how long I will keep up with my body. Like Shiela, I always feel the shadow of death lingering in my life and I always pray to the Lord that He prolong my life for the sake of my kids who need my care and attention. Thank you my friend. That was so nice of you to empathize with my trials. God bless you more for that. Thanks for your visit and encouraging words. Merry Christmas to you all. God bless you all always.

I really think the cyber world was given by God, However Satan are always there to ruin what God has given to us. It is up to us how to use all those things that he has given us that will be good for us. I pray for those to use the internet for evil doings
