Hi Bambie dear,
Napakarami kong sakit and I am just living by the grace of God. Before my wife left for the States, I was already slated for 3 major operations- for acute hernia and prostate gland, for my scoliosis where my lumbar 5 collapsed to my lumbar 4 ( the doctors were so fearful of it) and for inflamed thyroid gland not to mention my high blood pressure and diabetes. But the Lord has sustained me all these years when I should have been dead more than twenty years ago. I consider you, my blogging friends, one of the few treasures of my life. Thanks for your visit and your concern. I really appreciate that. Kaka touch, lol. God bless you all always.

I have a walking cane, but not as beautiful as those you showed here.
Sooner or later I'll buy the one.
My is old and I use it when I'm walking to protect my hips.
I do regular exercise also and I feel good
but with a walking cane I feel safely on the street.

Thanks for this link, Mel!

Take care
and be blessed!

Hi Krystyna,
A walking cane is indeed a boon for those who have problems walking unaided. That is part of growing old. I am using a sturdy umbrella to support me because of my lower back pains. Probably in the near future I will also purchase a sturdy cane to use when I go out for errands. Thanks for your visit and comments. I hope and pray that you are always fine and in the best of health. God bless you all always.

Hi Sir Mel nakabalik nanaman ang taga bundok sakapatagan hehe. It must be hard on your part to do all the chores sa iyong mga karamdaman. Buti nlng malalaki na mga anak mo, and they can help you with other heavy chores. Take care Sir Mel and god bless.

Hi Umma,
I hope your scoliosis is manageable and is not giving so much pain. Take care of it that it will not worsen. Do not carry heavy load because that will exacerbate your scoliosis. There are exercises to help you keep your lumbar firmer and less strained. I do everything for the glory of God who graciously extended my leash on life. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

Hi Shy,
Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

Well, I hope I won't need one. Otherwise, I won't be able to live my dream - of running a marathon.

Hi Minnie Runner,
Yes, you are right. It's not good to see a runner running the marathon using a walking cane, lol. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

As a caregiver Kuya Mel, mostly sa matatanda na encounter ko dito.. regular exercise that helps a lot for scoliosis patient. Try yoga , its the best too for scoliosis! Everything will be alright with God's help..

Thanks for visiting my blog all the time!God Bless:)

Hi Charmie,
Thanks for your visit and comments. More power to your work in Israel. God bless you always.

Glad I gave some amusement with this people. It's not the money, of course , I have to like them. Di ako pwde mag work kung di ko sila gusto, But it's a part of the job!God bless po!

Hi Charmie,
God bless you more for all the good things you have done for your patient more than what your usual work ask for. Thanks for the feel good post. God bless you always.
