Crossroads

We face crossroads in our lives. And how we take the different turns in life, determines what we become. I have made so many wrong turns in my life, turns that will haunt me till the day I die. When we are alone and we turn our gaze backwards, we see that many things happened to us because of the wrong turns we made at crucial intersections of our lives. They made us what we are now. But whatever mistakes and blunders we committed along life's perilous paths, they have become our stern teacher and corrector in life. We pity the person who does not know how to mend his ways after so many bumps and pitfalls in life. He will finish life's race limping home, bruised, battered and unbowed.

Hi Kimmy,
Blessed are those who were able to mend their ways because of the the wrong turns they made at the crossroads of their lives. They have become wiser and and more compassionate with others who are suffering from similar wrong turns of life they made at their own crossroads. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

Hi Tin-tin,
Yes, you should ask God's guidance so that you will know His purpose for your life. It's risky to walk through life without a proper road map. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi MinnieRunner,
How right you are. It is not the mistakes that we make that matter most in our lives but how we correct those mistakes. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

Hi GossipMama,
Yes, you are so right. Right or wrong turn, we must learn our lessons in life. But sometimes the wrong turns give us better lessons in life because that's where we experience pain. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

I so much agree Sir Mel. I've done so many mistakes in the past pero no regrets at all kasi if not for those mistakes, hindi rin siguro magiging ganito kalawak isip ko. I've been through alot of heartaches and difficulties as well, pero those experiences made me stronger and become a better person. Syempre if given a chance to correct all my mistakes in the past, why not. Pero I've learn so much from them :)

Hi Bambie dear,
I love how you make comments. They are so personal and very honest. I must admit I miss Kathy a lot. Both of you make very meaningful comments. We all went through different crossroads in life and we all committed mistakes. What is important is that we learn from those mistakes and became better because of those lessons in life. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

I am touched by this post Sir Mel. True, there are lots of crossroads in life and it will make us all overwhelmed. Some will continue life in a hard way, and some continue to seek how to mend the hard ways of life. There is always one way to steer life for better, and that's on how we accept our mistakes, and seek how to become better out of it. There are lots of beautiful ways, but the most beautiful way of all is to seek God.

Hi MelCole,
Wow, what a wonderful comment. I agree with all that you said. Amen to that. I agree with you when you said that the most beautiful way is to seek God. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.
