(Day 1)
When tempted to ask the Lord the question why? Remember that throughout all the ages, from Job down to Paul, His answer had always been and why not? For He is God, sovereign Lord over all His creation. Let us learn to uncompromisingly trust in His unfailing love and know that, "All things work together for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose." (Romans 8: 28)

to learn to 'uncompromisingly trust' needs a great amount of unwavering faith and the good news is that, SOMETIMES it's all that's left in us when we have nothing else at all..
Happy New Year to you and your family! looking forward to more of your posts this year. More power..

Hi Shy,
Vignette is a short anecdote or essay or a portrait with special meaning. Pearly gate is the gate of heaven or of the new Jerusalem made of a single giant pearl. God is sovereign and will do as He please. We have just to acquiesce to His divine will. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.
