(Day 2)
Whatever pain you may be suffering in your heart, however heavy the load maybe on your shoulder, however cold and dark your nights may be, remember that, "The path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn shining ever brighter till the full light of day." (Proverbs 4: 18)

Amen to that Sir Mel. Thanks for sharing the part two of Vignettes from the pearly gates. Binalikan ko pa talaga ang first post para mabasa ulit ang meaning ng vignettes at maintindihan ang ibig sabihin hehe, basta mga word sa bible minsan ang lalim tagain. Thanks for the post Sir Mel
Hi Dhemz,
That means if you walk in the will of the Lord, it is like walking in the first gleam of dawn. As the day progresses, the light and warmth get stronger too. When we are guided by the light of the Lord, it will keep us from stumbling due to the darkness of this world. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.
Hi Shy,
In the long run, you will benefit from the reading of the word of God. The word of God is like spiritual food that nurtures our soul the way food nurtures and nourishes our body. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.
Hi Kuya Mel.. it's been a while since my last visit here though I tried to take a peek once in a while.
I actually dont fully understand the term vignettes but thanks for this inspirational post. It reminds me to be more closer to HIM.
very nice words......nakakapagpalakas ng loob..
Hi Umma,
As I explained to Shy in the part one of my Vignettes, vignette means a short anecdote or picture depicting a situation or circumstance. And pearly gates is the gate of heaven as depicted in Revelation to describe the New Jerusalem. Thus Vignettes From The Pearly Gates simply mean inspirational words from heaven. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.
