God is not seeking for perfect men, He knows we can never be perfect; He is not seeking for self righteous and seemingly "good" men, only God is truly good and righteous. He is seeking men with these qualities: "This is the one I esteem: he who is humble and contrite in spirit and trembles at my word." (Isaiah 66: 2b)

but humility is difficult to achieve because sometimes a person is so convinced that he knows everything and that he doesn't need anyone anymore even the Lord. i pray to God that i wouldn't be like that because that's scary. if you don't believe in anyone but yourself, to whom would you look up when things go wrong? that would be so sad..
