Pre Tribulation Period

There is now a feeling of widespread despair and discontent in the world. Somehow, things are not the same. Extremes prevail. It's either too hot or too cold. Even in the temperaments of people, extremes are evident. People have either gone too evil or too righteous. People are bewildered. They could not ascertain their true feelings. Somehow, they feel a hollowness deep inside, a sort of a personal discontent. What's happening to the world?

We are now witnessing the onset of the Pre Tribulation period of the world. No! This is not yet the Tribulation proper. The Tribulation proper will usher in so much suffering and pain that people will wish they were dead instead of living a hellish existence. Just like in the days of Noah before the deluge, people were enjoying themselves and giving themselves wholly to sinful living.

God is shaking the world to see who are His and who are of this world. There will be no fence sitters nor neutral watchers. Either you are for God or you are with the evil one. People are now afforded their last chance to turn a new leaf on their lives. The message of Calvary rings loud and clear for the whole world to hear. Will you accept the offer of salvation or will you be condemned together with the enemies of the cross?

The grace of salvation and eternal life are offered to us to accept or reject. Those who will not accept it will be condemned together with the lord of this world and his cohorts. The choice is ours. If the situation now is too heavy and burdensome, think of what will happen when the Tribulation proper comes. We can only weep until all tears are gone.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)

There have always been difficult times. And with todays technology and satellite/instant communication - we can get instant news from everywhere that we would not have known in the past.

However ...it is almost palpably different. Extremes everywhere. Even what was right is said to be bad and what is wrong gets glorified or pushed on us.

Earthquakes, storms have gone up exponentially. Seems like we hear of an earthquake routinely. My dear m-i-l (81)told me she has never seens storms like we get now and even went down to her basement for a thunder storm. She would never do that in past. I live in NJ and we had an earthquake tremor in august and other places not normal for. had a smaller one a few yrs ago. Never had them all my life until recently here.

Murders and crime seem to be worse. crazy stuff that would never have happened 20 years ago kids shooting in schools. Schools were always a safe place to be. So much disrespect and coldness toward people. Some would rather video tape a crime than go help. Even swearing. I can't believe all the swearing kids do and girls and think it is alright. I am not a prude and certainly not a perfect person ...but such low class behavior and they don't see it. Ot how badly parents treat their children. that stuff has always been around ...but now seems to be pervasive and accepted as the norm.

And I want to say ..there are many wonderful teenagers, etc. Our sons are so respectful and always were. There are many good families.

I am just saddened and alarmed at how bad behavior is accepted. No moral instruction.

No absolutes.

I believe jesus said that it would be as in the days of Noah when the seasons were beginning. In Noah;s day there were so many murders and violence.

Matthew 24 and Luke 21.

Thank you for your post. :)

honestly, i don't know what to feel about it, sometimes i'm scared about what's happening and what's about to happen, but if the Lord is coming, what is there to fear? isn't that what everybody should want, to finally be with the creator?

Hi Arvin,
Yes, you are right. The weather acts crazy sometimes. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi SeaSpray,
What you said are all true. But all these things happening now have been prophesied long ago by God's chosen prophets. We can only pray that God spares us the grim realities during these difficult times. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

Hi Kimmy,
We can never do anything about the changing times. They will happen as was prophesied a long time ago. What we should do is be assured that we are saved and that we can do by accepting Jesus as our Lord and savior and earn eternal life with Him. There is no other way. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Visiting here Sir mel. dami na talagang pagbabago ano and it will continue to change. no matter how we maintain or put some care on our environment, seems like the new generation will have to deal their own problems in the future as part of the past.

Hi Shy,
Our next generation will see a world far differently than what we have now. May we prepare ourselves for the coming of the Lord. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

Minsan nakakatakot isipin that the world is ending soon.

Yes ...I agree ...Daniel, Isiah, Ezekiel,, etc. and with 100% accuracy with what has already come true. Astounding how these writers were thousands, hundreds of years apart and yet all scripture ties together - no doubt God inspired.

Hi Rose,
That has been prophesied a long time ago in the Bible. All that we can do is be prepared for it. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.

Hi SeaSpray,
They were all inspired by the Holy Spirit that is why all their prophecies jibe. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.
